不锈钢丝绳的分类

1.按照股中相邻层钢丝的接触状态，不锈钢丝绳可分为：点接触不锈钢丝绳、线接触不锈钢丝绳、面接触不锈钢丝绳三种基本结构形式。

2.按照构成股断面的形式，不锈钢丝绳可分为圆股不锈钢丝绳和异形股不锈钢丝绳(其中异形股不锈钢丝绳主要包括三角股不锈钢丝绳、椭圆股不锈钢丝绳和扇形股不锈钢丝绳)。

3.按照钢丝(钢丝绳)表面状态，钢丝绳可分为光面不锈钢丝绳、镀锌不锈钢丝绳(锌铝合金)和涂塑包塑不锈钢丝绳。

不锈钢钢丝绳芯及代号

a 纤维芯(天然或合成)：FC，例如FC不锈钢钢丝绳。

b 天然纤维芯：NF，例如NF不锈钢钢丝绳。

c 合成纤维芯：SF，例如SF不锈钢钢丝绳。

d 金属丝绳芯：IWR(或IWRC)，例如IWR不锈钢钢丝绳。

e 金属丝股芯：IWS，例如IWS不锈钢钢丝绳。

Classification of stainless steel wire rope

1. According to the contact state of adjacent layers of steel wire in the strand, stainless steel wire rope can be divided into three basic structural forms: point contact stainless steel wire rope, line contact stainless steel wire rope and surface contact stainless steel wire rope.

2. A) fiber core (natural or synthetic): FC, such as FC stainless steel wire rope.

C）synthetic fiber core: SF, such as SF stainless steel wire rope.

D）wire rope core: IWR (or iwrc), such as IWR stainless steel wire rope.

E）wire strand core: IWS, such as IWS stainless steel wire rope.
